Ultrasound Necklace

1. Select Your Necklace
Choose your preferred necklace style, material, and chain length. Then select your shipping and payment options at checkout.

2. Place Your Order
Based on your selected necklace type, please upload the required image during checkout. This may include a photo, ultrasound/sonogram, bump photo, or heartbeat waveform.

3. Order Confirmation
Once we have received your order, uploaded file, and payment, you will receive an order confirmation email (please check your spam or junk folder). Our team will then begin processing and designing your custom necklace.

4. Design & Production
The design process typically takes a few days. After the design is finalized, production begins and takes approximately 2–3 weeks due to the intricate craftsmanship involved, including 3D printing, wax casting, plating, detailing, and polishing.

5. Shipping
Once production is complete, your necklace undergoes a final quality inspection and is carefully packaged before being shipped directly to you. We are pleased to offer free worldwide shipping on orders over 200 EUR.

As all our necklaces are custom made, we unfortunately can’t accept returns or offer refunds unless your necklace arrived damaged.

• Sterling Silver: Polished Sterling Silver 925 (92.5% silver) is a high quality silver alloy commonly used in jewelry and other skin-safe applications. Silver will tarnish over time, but can be polished back to achieve a like-new surface.
• 18K Gold: Gold plated polished solid brass is electroplated with 0.1 micron of 18K gold and then coated with clear polyurethane for protection. Gold plated brass is a durable material, but can still scratch or wear through. Prolonged surface wear can rub off the finish. To prevent damage, we recommend storing your item in a soft cloth pouch away from other products, and avoiding exposure to household chemicals and cleaning products. 
• Rose Gold: Gold plated polished solid brass is electroplated with 0.1 micron of 18K red gold and then coated with clear polyurethane for protection. Gold plated brass is a durable material, but can still scratch or wear through. Prolonged surface wear can rub off the finish. To prevent damage, we recommend storing your item in a soft cloth pouch away from other products, and avoiding exposure to household chemicals and cleaning products.

Chain Options

Standard Chain: Durable stainless steel chain with a silvery, gold, or rose-gold plated finish. Adjustable length of 40–45 cm (16–18 inches). Features a sturdy box chain design with a thickness of 1.0–1.5 mm.

Premium Chain: High-quality sterling silver chain, available in natural sterling silver or 14K gold/rose-gold plated sterling silver. Adjustable length of 45-50 cm (18–20 inches). Features a fine box chain design with a thickness of 0.5–1.0 mm.

Every personalised pregnancy necklace is thoughtfully prepared and includes:

• A personalised pregnancy necklace crafted in genuine fine metal - real gold, sterling silver or rose gold.

• A standard adjustable chain measuring 40–45 cm (16–18 inches) (Upgrade options for a premium chain and longer lengths are available).

• A protective gift box to safely store and protect the necklace during shipping.

• A printed design preview of your necklace, showing how your piece was created from your original photo
  (This may include facial features derived from an ultrasound image, body contours from a bump photo, or a waveform based on a heartbeat recording)

• A 2 year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers factory or production defects that may appear during the warranty period.
